The villa consists of two apartments which are normally rented together. If you wish, you can also rent the two apartments separately from one another: for exact rates please contact the owner.

Exteriors

Chianti Classico, breathtaking sceneries, nearness to colourful villages and towns,..everything conjures up a wonderful stay in this holiday Tuscan villa.

In season hunting in the surrounding area can be organized. A classic 77 foot yacht is awaiting a trip around the Mediterranean Sea. Ride any of the horses in the property while exploring the vineyards. Concerts, open-air theatre, exhibitions, re-enactment of ancient celebrations, wine festivals, food or flower markets...the list of activities around this Tuscan holiday villa is endless.

In the outside there are gazebos, pergolas, outdoor covered dining area, a barbeque terrace and the smell of its garden perfumed with aromatic herbs and lavender.
This holiday Tuscan villa is crowned with a splendid marble constant flow infinity pool (18 x 8 m) with mesmerizing views. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi, bowling green, table tennis and croquet lawn.

Interiors

This holiday Tuscan villa furnished with antiques sleeps up to 18 guests. It is a restored villa of 1,000 square meters. There are living rooms with inviting fireplaces, a comprehensive library, a dining room and 9 differently decorated bedrooms (some frescoed ones) with private bathrooms (8 of them). Most of them with shower. Its fully equipped kitchen is provided with the fresh products of the property’s kitchen garden and animal products. Well preserved recipes are prepared the way they have since times immemorial with the freshest Tuscan products, accompanied with guests’ choice of wine and the expertise of the family cook. The cellar has innumerable reds to accompany meals.

All aspects (flower arrangements, displays of fireworks , etc) of any kind of event can be entrusted with its staff.

To keep children on the move there is a gigantic trampoline, badminton court, Playstation, Sky television and DVD. The villa has pet-friendly atmosphere: playful dogs, geese, ducks and chickens and a cat are for children to play with.

For the sporty ones there is a gym with sauna and steam room. Guests can request massages and beauty treatments.
