These Tuscan holiday apartments  have been restored maintaining true, tasteful, rustic Tuscan style .  The villa  features a 11 x 6 x 190 chlorine-free water swimming pool and landscaped gardens with a variety of indigenous essences and bushes, pergolas and plenty outdoor areas with garden furnishings.

There is free broadband Internet and Wi-fi at reception and in the shared areas.

These Tuscan holiday apartments are nestled in the Val di Merse Wildlife Reserve, surrounded by still unspoiled woodland and crystal-clear rivers.
They are only 7 Km from unique San Galgano Abbey which preserves a ‘Sword in the rock’ most likely linked to King Arthurs’ legend.

Beautiful Siena, home of its famous Palio horse race, is only 35 km away. The Maremma seaside is only 60 km away.

Outdoor activities are possible: horse-riding, biking, trekking. A 18-hole golf course  and Spas are 20 Km away.

There is outdoor covered private parking  for 6 cars.

A small organic shop in the villa sells unique red wines produced with music therapy and other products.

 

Interiors

These 5 Tuscan holiday apartments have equipped kitchenettes and private bathrooms with shower, furnishing is essential, tasteful and comfortable.

All apartments have central heating and some have designer ceiling fans for efficient, environmentally-friendly summer cooling.

Traditional hand-made terracotta floors and chestnut wood beam ceilings have been preserved everywhere and all interiors are decorated with soothing natural colours, according to Tuscan tradition.

"Focolare" apartment is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It has a large working fireplace and burning wood is available on request, at extra cost.
