This is the largest apartment of the estate. It is located on two floors, and it has direct access from the ground floor of the building or from the opposite side of the house, in a large space with a wonderful view over the swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing maching, a large living room with a beautiful fireplace and a toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, and 1 twin bedroom with bathroom. One of the double bedrooms has a mezzanine with a comfortable double sofa bed.
