This rustic farmhouse is nestled in the heart of the Tuscan hillside with its rolling olive groves and vineyards. In the area are historical towns known especially for their rich food and wine traditions, ancient Etruscan baths and of course the beautiful coasts for recreation and relaxation.

Although there´s plenty to see in the area, the farmhouse itself has all you need to spend the days relaxing: the large swimming pool and children´s wading pool are surrounded by plenty of sun beds where you can soak up the Italian sun, but the gardens provide plenty of shade too with a picnic space amongst the pine trees and a small children´s play area.

Of course you can enjoy all your meals outside on the patio terrace and even make the most of the barbeque equipment provided too.

Interior

All the apartments have been decorated elegantly with all modern amenities whilst maintaining traditional features.

Each apartment has its own cozy living area, complete with double sofa bed, large dining table, satellite television and well-equipped cooking area. From here you pass to a comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

Five of the apartments are situated on the ground floor (two of which are suitable for disabled guests) and have access through a rear door to the gardens to enjoy some afternoon shade or an evening drink at sundown.

The apartment on the first floor disposes of all the above facilities as well as the extra luxury of even more space, both inside and out, with an added terrace from the bedroom looking over the gardens and Tuscan landscape.

Possibility of additional services on request: wifi, extra beds, cleaning service, washing machine, air conditioning and the option to bring small animals.
