Family villa in Chianti, Tuscany

Exterior

Villa Gabbialini is a perfect family villa situated in a large estate in the Chianti hills near the most popular art cities in the region – Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The beach is also within an hour´s reach as the motorway conveniently not too far away leads to the Pisa coast.

The 62 hectare estate itself is beautiful, composed of woodland, grassy areas where it is not uncommon to find deer and hares grazing, little creeks and a large natural pond.  Several pathways make the perfect jogging or walking routes.

The hills surrounding Villa Gabbialini covered with olive groves and vineyards form an exquisite backdrop to the property especially spectacular at sunrise and sunset.

This villa has a completely private garden with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and lawn. The covered, furnished patio is lovely for al fresco dining as an alternative to meals indoors and even has a barbecue.

Interior

The villa´s large living room has comfortable sofas and satellite television and is very pleasant with its wooden beamed ceilings and working stone fireplace. Huge arched French doors fill the room with sunlight and open on to the garden.

An open archway divides the dining room from the living room. Here the table for 6 people is set right in front of another garden entrance. The country-style kitchen has all the necessary equipment for a self-catered holiday including electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a complete bathroom on the ground floor with a shower.

The three bedrooms can all be found on the first floor- There are two doubles with queen size beds and one twin, attractively decorated in a simple but warm style. An additional two bathrooms accompany the bedrooms.

The entire villa is air-conditioned for your comfort.
