Bucine estate has 96 hectares surrounded of vineyards and olive trees along an old Roman path, which linked Florence to Arezzo. The Tuscan Farmhouse dating back to the XV century was built at the top of a hill 300 m. above sea level.

The swimming pool has a panoramic view of vineyards, olive trees and woods.

 

Interiors

The estate is divided into charming renovated apartments from 2  to 8 people. The apartments have been carefully restored and they are equipped with all modern comforts. All the apartments are decorated with original Tuscan materials maintaining the rustic style.


The owners personally manage this Farmhouse in Tuscany and they produce their own olive oil, wine, honey, grappa and other local gastronomic wonders for the delight of its guests.

If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
