Surrounded by 10 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and landscaped gardens, Villa I Conti is the perfect holiday retreat for those wanting the real Tuscan experience.

The house dates back to the 13th century and is surrounded by a veranda from which there are uninterrupted views of the impressive countryside and which is the ideal spot for al fresco dining.

The grounds are truly spectacular, providing something for everyone whatever their mood. One can relax alongside the beautiful pool, taking a refreshing dip every now and again, or choose one of the shady spots and read a book in privacy or simply soak up the atmosphere. More energetic types can make the most of the Astroturf tennis court and try a game of Petanque on the shaded pitch.  

The villa is situated near to Greve in Chianti, a town outside of Florence, which has become well known as the wine capital of the region and holds the Chianti Classico festival every September.

Although rural there is an excellent restaurant just a km away, a short walk, and a supermarket, further shops and restaurants about 8km away.

Interior

You´re sure to be charmed the moment you enter the villa, traditional in style but with very elegant furnishings and décor, attention having been paid to the finest details.

On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room decorated with original antique pieces and a smart fireplace. On the same level there is also a large English-style drawing room with a fireplace and French doors with direct access to the garden, and a large more informal living room with a full size snooker table and a lounge area, also with access to the garden. A guest WC can also be found on this level

The Villa can comfortably host 11 guests in its 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles, 3 twins and 1 a single room. There are also 5 bathrooms, almost one for each bedroom. The master bedroom also boasts a spectacular balcony terrace from where the sunset over the hills is truly magical.
