Besides the lovely city of Pienza, you’ll also be near Montepulciano, Cortona, Montalcino and Siena.

The villa is surrounded by an old olive grove so you’ll enjoy taking a refreshing dip in the villa’s infinity swimming pool and the splendid views that the villa’s private gardens have to offer. There is also a barbecue for delicious outdoor meals.

Interior

Starting from the ground floor of this charming two-story villa, you’ll find a space dining and living room, where you’ll be able to access the patio, the garden, and the pergola. Underneath the pergola is the perfect place for a barbecue, with its large dining table.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary amenities to create delicious al fresco meals. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, a double room with a four-poster bed, and a twin bedroom. There is another bathroom and all the rooms have direct access to the gardens.

Stairs outside, on the side of the villa, lead up to the first floor. You’ll find a spacious lounge with a satellite TV, along with CD and DVD players, and a bookshelf. From here, you’ll be able to access the terrace which has amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. You’ll also find two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, while the other is a twin bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.
