These two distinctive apartments, for up to five or up to six respectively, can be found in a lovely renovated farmhouse, Villa della Rocca, in large grounds of 110 hectares. In 5 minutes drive it is possible to reach the sister hotel, whose restaurant and swimming pool are at the disposition of guests staying in the apartments.

The villa´s location is strategic, just 2km away from Manciano, 12km from the world-famous Saturnia hot springs and 30km from the popular Tyrrhenian coast. The setting is one of absolute tranquility, ideal for enjoying the slower pace of life in Italy and the beauty of the surrounding countryside, accompanied with exceptional cuisine and wine of course.

Guests will be happy staying at the property and relaxing by the swimming pool or horse riding at the riding club on site which offers ten horses for private lessons and excursions for all ability levels. However, there are many beautiful attractions nearby that you might like to visit such as the Maremma and Burano Natural Parks, il Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarot Garden) in Capalbio, the old villages of Pitigliano and Sovana, the Saturnia thermal baths and the splendid Argentario coast.

Also in the large grounds (1km from the apartments), is the main farmhouse, now a small hotel. Guests staying in the apartments are very welcome at the hotel restaurant, managed by a professional chef. All products used in the kitchen are sourced in the property or other Tuscan farms and the menu gives an original twist to the traditional Maremma dishes. The wine list is broad and includes local and regional wines. The pleasant atmosphere and fine food makes the restaurant quite suitable for ceremonies and formal occasions as well as for casual dining.

Interior

These two beautiful and spacious apartments are decorated in soothing neutral tones, maintaining the charming traditional features such as the high ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta tiled flooring and graceful arches. They all have separate private entrances, fully equipped kitchens (featuring ovens and dishwashers), wireless connection and generous-sized outdoor patios.
