This beautiful and cozy villa in Cortona has three floors and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a 3.5x7.5 swimming pool situated amongst terraced olive groves overlooking the Valdichiana. The 40sq-m covered terrace has a large table with room for 12 people.

The closest airport is Perugia’s, which is only 60km from the villa. Florence is 120 kilometers away; Pisa, 230 km; and Rome, 205.

There are plenty of outdoor activities to practice nearby, such as golf and tennis; and excursions with mountain biking, trekking, nature hiking and equestrian trail hikes can also be organized. Guests can also take classes with personal trainers and yoga instructors.

Covered parking space, washing machine and barbeque are at guests’ disposal.


Interiors

This is a three storey villa and it can accommodate up to 10 people. The ground floor includes an entrance foyer, adjoining dining room and kitchen leading to a large terrace with a dining table for 12 and wonderful countryside views.

On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with access to a small covered veranda, one double bedroom, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

The second floor features two double bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

There is an annex next to the main building, which features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
