Children are welcomed with a playground especially customized for them. At guests’ disposal are costless sport activities inside the estate: a swimming pool with furnished solarium, tennis court and strolling and two horse-riding areas.

Maremma's beaches lie 3km away from this countryside villa; Florence and Pisa are about 150km away. Nearer spots are the islands of Tuscany and villages born in the Middle Ages with picturesque style. Volterra brimming with medieval fashion in its cobbled twisting lanes, thermal baths and Etruscan archaeological sites are other must-visit spots.

The parking area can keep shelter two cars.

Interiors

Refurbishment has brought to life a refined villa enjoying views of Maremma's countryside.

As guests arrive they enter a hall connected to the large living room. On the left is the dining room with its spacious kitchen with no element missing. Two double bedrooms are king sized and enjoy their private bathroom with shower and the third one is twin and has a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are approximately 16sq-m.

High-speed WI- FI connection and all modern technology were incorporated in the villa. A chef and shuffle services are available upon request.
