They are suitable to host from 2 to 6 guests in apartments which can be about 50 sq- for 2 guests, around 80 sq-m for 4 guests and 110 sq-m for 6 guests. These  country apartments in San Gimignano, Tuscany are provided with a living /dining room, a kitchen or kitchenette fully equipped with all comforts and 1 to 3 queen-sized bedrooms. The bathrooms are mostly fitted with a shower. Air-conditioning is available and included in the price up from  5th January to 4th September, while heating is available from 17th april on in the cold months.
