Exteriors

There is a private garden in all the apartments bordered by a fence and furnished with table and chairs. Each garden has its own porch of about 18sq-m and a pergola of 20sq-m on average

Interiors

Each apartment in Maremma’s countryside has a personality of its own in spite of the fact that all have been furnished in the most modern design. They provide a bottomless well of wellbeing, comfort and relax.
The apartments afford a kitchen of 19sq-m and a living room of 24 sq-m or a common area shared by the living room and kitchen which is 38sq-m. There is no modern comfort missing in their kitchens and there is LCD TV with Sky channels, telephone and internet connection. Two of the apartments have a 2sq-m toilet in the downstairs. Walnut, Cherry, Eucalyptus and Olive are the three levelled apartments of basement, ground and first floor.
The bedrooms are on the basement level, ground or first floor. Each has a master, a twin and a double bedroom of about 15sq-m each and are provided with one or two bathrooms with shower and/or bath. They also feature a laundry and access to the garden from the basement level.
