It includes a living room/dining room furnished with antique Tuscan furniture, a double sofa bed for added guests, fully-equipped kitchen, one double and one double twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The double bedroom and the double twin bedroom both enjoy lovely views of the Tuscan countryside. Soft hues, fine fabrics create the perfect countryside dimension to relax. The entire apartment is paved with cotto tiles and all ceilings display wonderful wooden pillars.

The entrance is located under a wonderful loggia. The apartment is on two floors. A large dining room/living room is provided with a large sitting area with sofa bed, antique furniture and wonderful cotto floors. On the first floor also are the service bath and the large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second floor is a very large split mezzanine with sitting area, and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub.
