The Casa del Fattore apartment (Bailiff´s House) is 110 sqm and can sleep up to 7 comfortably. There are three bedrooms in total, one of which is fitted with twin beds, and the other two with single beds. One of these single rooms has an extra bed should this be required. The final two guests will be happy on the double sofa-bed in the living room. Alongside these bedrooms there are two bathrooms to share, both with bathtubs. Furthermore, there is a fully-equipped kitchen fitted with an electric oven and an American-style coffee machine and a living-dining room where everyone can enjoy their meals together and relax on the armchairs and sofa in front of the satellite television.

Other facilities provided are: independent central heating, linen and towels, satellite television, telephone and internet connection.
