The villa boasts a spectacular position in the Tuscan hills just a few km from Florence city centre and the charming Fiesole. From the lovely garden, equipped with tables and chairs and sun umbrellas you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and surrounding area.
 
Conveniently the villa affords free private parking so you can rent a car to easily explore the wider region including the famous Chianti wine area.

Each of the 2 apartments has 3 double or twin bedrooms with private bathrooms either with a spacious shower cubicle with rain shower head or an over the bath shower.
 
All the rooms are decorated in a sleek contemporary style with smart furnishings and modern facilities such as air conditioning and heating, high speed internet connection (extra charge), LCD Colour television, electric safe, hair dryer and telephone.

The apartments are completed by a fully-equipped kitchenette with an oven, hobs and fridge, and a dining room where guests can enjoy relaxing meals at their own convenience.
