Exterior

Villa Labronica is a renovated 19th century property just outside of Livorno, a beautiful coastal city in Tuscany. Only 20 minutes drive from Pisa, 1hour from Florence and 40 min from Lucca. All the cultural and historical cities in the region are conveniently accessible by train from the station just ten minutes away.

Situated in a park of 2.5 hectares of woodland and well maintained lawns the villa enjoys exquisite views from all sides; some rooms overlooking the sea and with the islands of Elba, Gorgona and Capraia visible, the others look over the rolling Tuscan hills. Here, active types might enjoy trekking with a guide, hiring a mountain bike to explore the area or even taking a pleasant horse-ride.

Villa Labronica is much more than your average bed and breakfast. It is equipped with an outdoor pool (15x7m) surrounded by sun terrace and lawn with parasols and sun loungers for guests´ free use.

Interior

There are a total of 6 rooms all with their own private access and en suite bathroom, one of which is also equipped with a ramp and all other necessary facilities to accommodate disabled guests.

Each room has its own patio and garden furnished with table and chairs, parasol and sun loungers, a lovely feature perfect for guests wanting to enjoy a bit more privacy- relaxing afternoons with a good book or a romantic drink at sundown. The rooms are all unique, attractive and contemporary decorated in bright colours and with quality furnishings.

Additional facilities to be found in the rooms are air conditioning, satellite television with plasma screen, Wireless or cable internet, hairdryer, telephone for internal and external calls and private parking space right in front of the room.A delicious continental breakfast is served daily and included in the rates.Villa Labronica also has a 70sqm hall available for conferences, dinners, birthdays or any other kind of celebratory or professional event. This is conveniently easily reachable from the port 10 minutes away.
