The gardens feature a multitude of trees and striking coloured indigenous flowers. For working out there is a tennis court and a pristine 14 x 7 swimming pool surrounded by sun-beds and a gazebo, and a jacuzzi for four people. The main villa can host up to 25 guests in 13 bedrooms. However, if requested the annex and a private apartment can also be added to increase the accommodation capacity to 35 guests.

Located on a hilltop the hamlet dominates the Chianti hills and the ancient Chiantigiana road that in the middle ages were used to connect Florence to Siena.
