Exteriors 

This chaming Hotel in Tuscany dates back to the year 1464, and it definitely feels like a home away from home. Relax by the swimming pool or in the garden, and visit some of the nearby medieval towns, such as Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno.

Silence reigns, interrupted only by the sounds of birds and nature. The intense scents of linden trees, Italian oaks and jasmine, as well as those of wild roses, lavender and peonies sweeten the days of guests who decide to enjoy their time by the swimming pool or under the shade of the century old trees. Now descend for breakfast each morning to find a rich spread of home-made cakes, fresh fruit, and lots of goodies, served on a sunny terrace overlooking enchanting panoramas and green fields. Sit at dinner and enjoy some of the best dishes and wines Tuscany has to offer. 

In the summer time, light lunches and dinners are served on the terrace above the pool, at the time some special events are organized: dining with the tenors, evening jazz and informal barbecues. In the cooler months, meals are served in the dining room. The restaurant remains closed every Tuesday.

Interiors

The rooms in this charming Hotel in Tuscany are all different from one another. They are furnished with classical pieces, some have canopy beds, precious fabrics in the tones of greens, reds and yellows. The rooms have all the modern comforts. Their windows open onto magnificent views of the surrounding hills, fields and a lush and beautiful garden.

The rooms are located on the first and second floors and there is an elevator to reach them all, and different room categories are located on both of them. The second floor rooms have smaller windows, as well as skylights, but better views.

The following services and amenities are provided in all the rooms: air-conditioning; private bathroom with bathtub/shower; satellite, SKY and pay TV; minibar; and room-service 8.00 to 22.00. The deluxe rooms and suites also have a sofa and seating area in the room. 

The ground floor of the Hotel in Tuscany is dedicated entirely to common areas, including: the reception hall, the dining room, the music room for lounging and relaxing, the bar area, the shaded terrace and the dining terrace. There is also a wine cellar and a large reading room on the first floor. Cooking lessons and a meeting room with room for 20 to 25 people and equipped with the latest technology are also available at guests' request.
