For those with an adventurous streak and who love hiking and exploring nature, you’ll be pleased to know that the villa is also close to the thermal baths of Grotta Giusti, the caves of Monsummano, the Pistoia Mountains, the enchanting valley known as the Svizzera Pesciatina, and the historic swamps of Fucecchio.

The villa has a stunning garden which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding woods and olive groves. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a delicious barbecue with friends and family or to take a stroll through and admire the surroundings.

The pool is just as stunning and also offers magnificent views of the surrounding area. The pool’s hydromassage area is the perfect place to relax with friends while admiring the beautiful landscape. You’ll also find the lounge area to be the perfect place to unwind.

Interior

Villa Terrazza is a two-story villa. Starting with the ground floor, you’ll find a large and spacious living/dining room which seats up to 14 people, and a warm fireplace which dates back to the 15^th century. The villa’s Tuscan kitchen is vast and equipped with all the necessary amenities to create delectable al fresco meals. On this floor, there is also a bathroom and a double bedroom which opens to a covered veranda.

Moving up to the first floor, you’ll find an eclectic mix of antique furniture, paintings, and Persian carpets. You’ll find the main bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a Turkish shower/bath and which offers marvelous views. You’ll also find two other bedrooms which share a bathroom: one has a double bed and a stunning view of the valley, while the other has two single beds.
