Exteriors

Radda Hamlet is a charming boutique hotel located on an antique Etruscan settlement, that has been carefully and tastefully restored to turn to an exclusive B&B with all services and facilities for its guests.

The hamlet was first inhabited by Etruscans, later by the Romans and in the Middle Ages was a fortified border post during the never-ending wars among Siena and Florence. Guests at Radda Hamlet will be able to admire the preserved Romanesque church dating back to the XI Century.

The hotel is surrounded by 168 acres of land, where there are olive trees, vineyards, and all kind of flowers and plants, composing a picturesque and typical Tuscan landscape. The large (13 by 6m.) swimming pool is surrounded by lush vegetation and its panoramic position harmonizes with the wonderful surroundings.

Interiors

This charming hotel has 7 exclusive and luxurious bedrooms. All of them furnished with antique original pieces of the Tuscan tradition.

Each room has a different decoration, and all of them are warm and romantic. Guests at Radda Hamlet will enjoy an unforgettable Tuscan stay in a real oasis of peace and silent, but at the same time near to many cultural sites of the region.

Each room is equipped with stereo system, telephone, and minibar. All ensuite bathrooms are in marble. Each room also features spectacular views of the wonderful surroindings of the Hotel.

Although Radda Hamlet is located amidst forest, vines and olive groves, it is also close to many towns, historic cities, exclusive restaurants and famous wineries. Siena and Florence are only a short drive away. For those looking for a typical Tuscan dinner, you can enjoy each night the delicious specialties at the Hotel resturant.

In all cases, the company may interrupt the service to any user that undertakes any non-ethical, offensive, illegal or incorrect use of the contents or services of DIVINO VILLAS and/or contrary to the interests of this Company.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
