Exteriors 

Relais Capalbio is a charming B&B located in the beautiful region of Maremma Toscana, between the Argentario sea and the Saturnia Spa, in a convenient position to explore the wonderful Tuscan Coast and the main Tuscan sites. From the hotel it is possible to reach Pisa and Siena in 90min, Rome in one hour drive and Florence in two hours.

Guests will be able to enjoy 100km of wonderful Tuscan beaches and visiting the islands of the Arcipielago Toscano, marvellous places to enjoy a unique nature and a incredible sea.

Maremma, the land of the "Butteri" is a perfect place for horse riding while exploring all the beauty of the region enjoying the most wonderful landscapes. 

The two swmmings pool of the Resort - one of them with hydro massage - are the perfect spot for relaxation after the day-trips in the surroindings.

Some nights a week the resort organises dancing evenings, and all kind of leisure activities for an unforgettable stay close to the wonderful Tuscan Coast.

The Relais is also the ideal accommodation also for golf lovers as there are 6 golf courses, from 20min. to 80min. drive, in the surroindings.


Interiors

There are three charming rooms, with a different name according to the colors in its walls (pink, green and yellow). 

All of them have been furnitured according to the rural traditional Tuscan style, but at the same time they have been equipped with all comforts and facilities of the modern life. The welcoming and cozy atmosphere will make guests feeling home.

The rooms have been tastefully and individually decorared and they have wonderful views on the lake of the resort and on the swimming pool. Two of the rooms have a hydro-massage tub.

This charming resort in Capalbio is the ideal place for those who are searching a peaceful and relaxing accommodation for a Tuscan holiday close to the coast.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
