This grand villa lies in Maremma in an area of 1200 acres of protected nature reserve, enjoyed exclusively by the owner and their guests in absolute peace and tranquillity.
Lounging by your glorious private swimming pool is true bliss and one of course must not forget that the Pool House boasts an authentic Mediterranean "Hamm-am" (Turkish steam bath), the ultimate in relaxation.

Within the estate´s nature reserve guests can participate in the regularly organized wild board hunts during the season. Plenty of other recreational activities on site are available too: from horse-riding excursions or private lessons in the ménage, tennis, football, walking and mountain biking around the lakes and woodland paths, to cooking lessons, wine tasting and massages. There is something for everyone.

Castiglione della Pescaia nearby is a well-known coastal resort, famous for its beautiful beaches and the extensive pine forests that stretch as far as Marina di Grosseto. The Terme di Saturnia spas about an hour´s drive away, specialising in talassotherapy and offering a wide range of beauty and restorative treatments, including oriental style massages, is another ideal place for a special day out.

The historical town, Maremma, along with several other lovely towns and villages, are close to the estate, many of which frequently hold open-air concerts during the summer. If you could possibly want more then the estate is just two hours from Rome and Florence and one hour and a half from Pisa and Siena.

Interior

No detail has been overlooked in this villa which has been restored with considerable care.
Downstairs there are two living rooms, one a television room. Along with the lovely country kitchen with dining table is a separate dining room with an original fireplace. There is also a smart study with Wi-Fi connection and a utility room.
On the upper floor of this beautiful villa is a terrace with incredible views over Maremma’s lush green landscape, an impressive billiards room and 6 light and spacious bedrooms accommodating 12 guests, all enchantingly decorated and furnished, three of which have double beds and three of which are twins. The pretty bathrooms are all ensuite bar one.

Those enjoying a well-earned break at this villa will be expertly looked after by the friendly yet unobtrusive maid and cook; they are responsible for daily cleaning and preparing delicious meals (extra cost), in line with the special needs and preferences of guests.
