Apartment Reggia has an independent entrance on the ground floor. This apartment is provided with private outdoor barbecue and eating area for "alfresco" meals.

The interiors of this beautiful Tuscan apartment are on two floors. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen fully-equipped with dishwasher and electric oven and a large living room with satellite TV set.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
