EXTERIOR

The house extends over a surface of 115 m2 and boasts of a splendid panoramic terrace commanding eye alluring views of the countryside. The perfect spot for relaxing or staring at the stars under the warm Italian breeze while sipping a glass of wine.

The residence is conveniently located to go sightseeing and discover hidden treasures. Take the characteristic red funicular of the end of the XIX century and get a glimpse of Montecatini Alto by travelling back in history to the ancient village. Just 40 minutes away from Versilia is Montecatini Terme, the modern village blesses the area with one of the major thermal spas in Europe. All sorts of relaxation and beauty treatments can be obtained there. Besides, the place is also renowned for its beaches.

On the other hand, tourists can indulge in the various cities of art in the area. Pistoia, Vinci, Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Saint Gimignano and Volterra are no further than 80 km away from the farmhouse.

The area surrounding the residence offers much to do for those seeking outdoor activities.  Sport lovers can play golf, football, tennis, basketball, go swimming or do gym. Palude of Fucecchio, the greatest Italian swamp is the place for bird watching or horse riding.  

INTERIOR

Apartment Montecatini Terme has 2+1 bedrooms with spacious double beds. It has a living room with a huge table for 6 people and a drawing  room  for guests to sit back on the armchairs and relax  while watching the 42” Plasma TV. A big fireplace divides both rooms and provides coziness to the house.  

There is a fully equipped open space kitchen with all the necessary home appliances, including a dish washer. The apartment has two bathrooms in refined Carrara marble: one with shower, and the other one with tub and shower.

To the guests’ comfort the apartment has been provided with broadband internet access, HI-FI Radio/CD and satellite TV.
