Apartment Limonaia is a very large apartment set in a marvellous position that enjoys the best view of the castle. Through its many arched windows the castle and the surrounding countryside are a wonderful frame to your vacation.

The apartment develops on two floors. The ground floor accommodates the welcoming living / dining room with high ceilings and large windows that fill the room with sunlight. The table for 8 people enjoys a wonderful view. The kitchen is accessible from the dining room and is fully equipped for an excellent cooking session in Tuscany.

The first floor accommodates a small sitting area and a beautiful handrail overlooking the living room. The night section includes a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one double twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower.

The large private terrace is accessible from this floor and is completely private, perfect for "alfresco" eating.

If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
