Apartment Portico is located on the first floor and is accessible thtough a set of stone stairs from the private terrace of the apartment on the ground floor.

The apartment is very large and can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.  The roomy living room opens up in front of the entrance and includes a satellite TV set and a fireplace by the comfortable sofa and armchairs. A white arch divides the living room from the dining area with table for 4 people. The kitchen area with breakfast bar is besides the dining area and is fully equipped for a comfortable self catering vacation in Tuscany. The double bedroom with queen size bed and the double twin bedroom share one bathroom with shower.
