Set in the most panoramic corner of Villa Asciano, apartment Arco enjoys the most precious views of the surrounding countryside. The outdoor pergola provides a shaded place where you will enjoy great relax and "alfresco" eating just a step away from the swimming pool.

 

Entering apartment Arco from the villa courtyard or from the front entrance one discovers the fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The soft yellow hue of the walls convey a very warm homelike feel, while the reading corner with two large armchairs completes the comfort of this room.

 

On the left of the kitchen is the first double bedroom with panoramic views over the vally. Towards the right of the kitchen are the other two double bedrooms and the two bathrooms. - Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
