Super séjour que nous avons passés en famille (un couple et un enfant de 3 ans). Malheureusement, le temps cette année n'était pas parfait et nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. La Toscane est vraiment un endroit magnifique, idéal pour prendre des jours de repos en campagne, pour bien boire/manger et même pour faire un peu de shopping dans une ville magnifique comme Florence. Pour Agriturismo Chianti nous avons appréciés l'accueil et la beauté du site, très bien entretenu par les gardiens des lieux. S'il fallait trouver des petites choses à améliorer cela serait le prix du petit déjeuner (20€ par personne) qui est excessif ou encore l'absence surprise de papier toilette à l'arrivée. Hormis ces petits détails, nous conseillons vivement cet endroit pour tous voyageurs.

Dear Mr Pellettier, thanks for your feedback on the Divino Villas web site. The comments of our guests are always very important to increase the quality of our service. By the way we are a little surprised about your complain concerning the toilette papers. We povide the toilette papers at the beginning of the stay and then we replace during the midweek change of towels in the bathroom and at the end of the week. I am very sorry if you haven't found the toilette papers in the bathroom and I am wondering why you don't ask fot it. Anyway we will advise immediately the housekeepers about that, and we apologize for the inconvenient again. I am sorry you found our continatnatl breakfsat too expensive, by the way it was advertise on the web site from the beginning. Could you please let us know if your complain was about the quality or the quantity of the food or if it was reffered to the service? We hope to meet you and your family in the future , with a much better weather! Our best regards.

Las instalaciones, tanto el apartamento como los espacios comunes (piscina y jardines) son excepcionales. Muy recomendable y una gran relación calidad/precio.

This was a wonderful vacation. The owner and staff are very nice and very professional and really cared abut making our stay great. I am very very picky about my pillow, so I bring my pillow from home. Fantastic location too, great food. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this first-class and family friendly resort! beautiful grounds, wonderful people on site to recommend things in the area and help with restaurant bookings. Clean and well-appointed apartments. We will definitely stay here again!!
