There are five double bedrooms fitted with private bathroom, air-conditioning, heating, and television. They may be converted into triple bedrooms.

From Monday to Saturday the owner prepares reserved meals of typical Tuscan dishes with her own biological extra-virgin olive oil and products from her organic vegetable garden.Breakfast and diner can be tasted indoors or outdoors in the garden if weather is fine. Guests at these accommodations in the coutnryside of Tuscany can enjoy breakfast  composed of bread, biological jam, yoghurt and orange juice. The room to dine has an enchanting fireplace and is decorated by an enormous rug, pieces by Bovani, Kuba material and ancient African art and contemporary art sculptures.

The décor of the living room includes a 17th century fireplace, pieces by Franco Bovani, lit by Ceroli lamps and a big ancient English leather sofa. Music permeates every corer of this room. There is a little reading room on the upstairs floor warmed by a yellow marble fireplace and a large bookcase with books on art and culture, mainly themed on the Etruscans.
