EXTERIOR
Villa Volterra is a refined comfortable Tuscan farmhouse, which has been restored and furnished with a style that spouses the true Tuscan heritage with unique modern solutions. The charming holiday house mingles stone walls with wooden beam ceilings, respecting the natural landscape. Set among rolling hills, cypresses and sun flowers lies Villa Volterra, at the bottom of the valley of Chianni (Pisa) along the torrent Sterza.
The Villa is strategically located to explore the breathtaking countryside of Pisa and the main touristic cities and ancient villages in Tuscany, such as Volterra, Peccioli, Terriciola, Casciana, Terme, Laiatico and Chianni. To our senses’ delight, one can indulge in music and drama at Peccioli and Volterra theatre and greedily engage in the food tours of the area.
The estate boasts of a big panoramic swimming pool, the perfect spot for relaxing moments. Just imagine sitting outside under the gazebo by the pool, reading a book, or simply taking fresh air, enjoying the wonderful surroundings.
INTERIOR
Villa Volterra, the 500 square meter country house, has two floors and it can host 12
On the ground floor is the entrance, a bathroom, a large dining room and a kitchen, a washing room with a dryer and a store room. There is also a double room with bathroom on this floor, which has access from the kitchen and has an independent entrance as well. A picturesque veranda welcomes guests to have their meals alfresco and a toilet.
The top floor holds 5 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms which can accommodate 10 adults+ 2 children.
A large living room central to the bedrooms invites the guests to enjoy watching satellite TV or a movie in the DVD player.
There are two double bedrooms, big enough for an additional bed, if requested; a triple room with double sized bed and sofa bed; and a suite with a double bedroom and a living room, where are two beds . The fact that both rooms communicate, but have their own access at the same time make of this unique room the ideal chamber for couples with children.
Owners lives close to the villa and share the swimmingpool with guests.
