Villa San Gimignano with an unusual long shape made of ancient stones is a beautiful estate that extends over 150 hectares, 25 of which are vineyards and 20 of them made by different varieties of Olive trees.


This Tuscan Villa located in the heart of Chianti, only few km from San Gimignano offers to guest a wonderful park where is set a 7x14 m swimming pool and 3 dressing-rooms one of which with a big a shower cabin.

The Villa is on two floors and it is located in the heart of the estate

On the ground floor of the Villa a characteristic Tuscan entrance lobby leads to a green setting room that connects to the library and the Billiard room and a big bathroom
The Fully equipped Kitchen and a dining room with fireplace are also located on the ground floor

On the first Floor there are seven bedrooms, three of them are double and have en-suite private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two others double bedrooms rooms share one bathroom with bathtub and shower and another double bedroom and another single room share bathroom with bathtube.

This Villa in San Gimignano is the perfect place from where to discover the Chianti region and Tuscany.

If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Applicable jurisdiction
