The medieval resort B&B Poliziano has been restored to welcome guests who wish to share the feeling of wellbeing that this special place conveys. Overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany, set between Montepulciano and Pienza, this small "borgo", a medieval resort built in the year 1200, features a unique combination of nature and history, blended in total harmony.
 
The cozy and cheering B&B Poliziano is strategically close to the most enchanting historical landmarks such as Siena, Assisi, Pienza, Arezzo, Florence and Perugia, offering at the same time the unique experience of being in the heart of the Tuscan landscape which is so world renowned for its arts, food and wine. Set on a small hilltop, B&B Poliziano overlooks the rolling hills of Val di Chiana and is strategically close to historical landmarks such as Siena (km 70), Arezzo (km 50 ), Assisi (km 85), Florence (km 100) and Perugia (km 68).

Guests come to relax and a state-of-the art outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Val di Chiana is available for B&B Poliziano's guests only. Relax and sun-bathing immersed in the silence of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Bicycles and mountain bikes are available for rental and golf, tennis, pilates, aerobics and yoga are available nearby. Cooking classes and ceramic painting lessons are offered onsite, to get a complete immersion in the local Tuscan culture where past and present are blended in complete harmony.

Interiors

 

The rooms are lavishly decorated with handpainted walls, original wood beams, colourful silk sofas and armchairs. Antique's furnishing, paintings and chandeliers come from the owner's private collection. Most rooms have a working fireplace. Facilities include of course the restaurant, where guests can enjoy the original antique Tuscan recipes, privately produced olive oil from our olive groves and wines from the surrounding Brunello di Montalcino vineyards.

B&B Poliziano offers 6 charming rooms and suites with enchating views over the surrounding hills and medieval villages. Vibrant colours are the "fil rouge" of B&B Poliziano and each room has a different theme.

 
Each accommodation has an independent entrance and either a private terrace or garden, featuring all modern comfort, while being unique in its style, decoration and details. Rooms and suites range form 25 to 50 sqm. Most beds have canopies and are King size, Twin beds are available as well as complimentary baby cribs.
 
Outstanding bathrooms, each featuring a unique detail. Complimentary toiletries, hair dryer. In-room amenities include: air-conditioning, cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, in-room safe and complimentary minibar. Pets are welcome!
