EXTERIOR
The resort is strategically located to explore the main touristic and historical sites. Why not visiting the Medici Villas in Poggio a Caiano and in Artiminio, or the burial grounds in Monterfortini and Comeana? Other interesting options are taking a trip to Siena to see the Piazza del Campo and the Palazzo Pubblico or to Pisa to see The Piazza dei Miracoi or the Leaning Tower.
A new apartment building called “Torrace”, which dates back to the XV century, has been incorporated to the villa. Guests can be put up at this 4 new apartments. They are all equipped with spacious bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and kitchens. They boast private gardens, where to enjoy the beautiful and suggestive landscape soaked in Mediterranean scents. The apartments have air conditioning and TV LCD. The place boasts of a state-of- the- art fitness center and an independent swimming pool and Jacuzzi for 7 people.
INTERIOR
Agriturism Prato is distributed on two floors. It offers seven 18m2 double rooms, bathroom either with shower or bath tub, mini-bar, TV LCD and air conditioning. Terracotta walls mingled with stone walls, wrought iron, wooden beamed ceilings, tiled flooring and traditional furniture make for a most cozy atmosphere. Once setting foot in your bedroom you will be welcomed with a courtesy kit of bathrobe and slippers.
All the rooms are distributed on the ground floor and each one has its unique charm. They have been either gifted with views of the Tuscan rolling hills or of the marvelous flourishing gardens. Comfortable double beds and silk bed linens almost tuck you in bed and seduce you to linger in the premises. Both the curtains which fringe the windows and the bedspreads have been selected in perfect taste.
Agriturism Prato also invites guest to mingle by the open fire in the drawing room, or to enjoy a snooker game in the evening, while sharing the activities of the day.
