Some of the middle size apartments are located in the old school for children of the hamlet while some others are located in the old house of the estate ranger and in the oldest building of the farm called Darios House. All middle size apartment two double bedrooms. All these apartments have a living room with a working fire place and a double sofa bed. These accommodations are also equipped with a kitchenette a bathroom and a outdoor area.
In the Hamlet there is also a charming unit called "Capanna" that has the characteristics of a middle size apartment but with private space outside.
